Wilkinson Property Pro on Wix: Local Citations and Broken-Link Checks for Derby

This evaluation includes a sponsored link to Rabbit SEO. It is backlink and broken-link monitoring for Wilkinson Property Pro’s Derby Wix site—local citations, not a national link-building fantasy.

Local referring pages worth opening

• Derby or Derbyshire directories

• Trade or contractor listings

• Supplier or product partner locators

• Neighbourhood or community mentions that use the current domain

A backlink building tool lists those referring pages. A broken link checker catches when contact or service URLs die after an edit.

Monthly hygiene

1. Note new or lost local citations

2. Confirm they hit pressure-washing, roof-cleaning, or contact pages—not a random blog

3. Request URL updates only where the relationship is real

4. Skip unrelated comment spam

Verdict

Local Derby service sites with existing listings should monitor citations and broken destinations. It addresses rotting local references. Enterprise link indexes and managed outreach programs are different products. No guaranteed visibility.

Limitations

Not the largest backlink database. Not a managed PR agency. Not a substitute for NAP work inside Google’s own tools.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which backlinks help a Derby pressure-washing company?

Local directories, trade bodies, supplier locators, and community pages that still point at a live service or contact URL.

Why mention broken links in a backlink article?

A citation that 404s after a Wix slug change is a lost local signal. Destination repair is part of monitoring.

Should the company buy generic home-and-garden posts?

That is usually poor fit. This article is citation hygiene, not a paid-post program.

Do more links guarantee more Derby jobs?

No. Monitoring does not guarantee rankings or bookings.
