Why are my windows left wet?
We use pure water which has been filtered to remove salts, minerals and all chemicals to leave just water. When this runs off the glass or evaporates, it leaves nothing behind so that your windows are the cleanest they can possibly be.

Do you use a chemical in the water?
No. The water we use is referred to as pure water, filtered to remove everything out of the water and to leave only water.
Won't my windows dry spotty?
With pure water your windows should not dry spotty although there are a few things that could cause a spotty look to the glass. If there is still dirt and dust on the window then this could leak out onto the window. This is most likely to happen on the first clean where more dust and dirt needs removing. If you find this has happened to your windows, contact us and we will arrange a free clean asap to remove spotting. See this in action on the video here
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
We recommend 8 weekly in most areas but always work to what you would like. If you are on a main road or near a lot of trees you may find a more regular clean is needed such as 4 weekly.
Pressure Washing
How long will it take?
Many small projects on patios and driveways may take us 1.5- 2 hours. We have invested in professional equipment and keep adding to that with more efficient methods and equipment, so we can usually cover a maximum of 30sq metres in an hour including chemical application but this depends on how bad the surface is and the material being cleaned.
Are the chemicals safe?
The nature of the chemicals we use are not safe for pets at the time of use. It is made safe after use but during the time we are cleaning and treating we advise for you and your pets to stay off any working areas until its made safe at the end of the clean.

Roof Cleaning
Will pressure washing damage my roof tiles?
Pressure washing is a spectrum so a roof should not be pressure washed with a high PSI like a driveway or patio would be. We use a lower pressure and a surface cleaner that uses 2 rotating fan blades which splits that pressure down further. This gently washes the surface to remove moss and dirt to restore the tile colour. Correct use of a pressure washer is safe but no one should be on your roof with a lance and a strong PSI out of 1 nozzle.

Can i have my roof cleaned without pressure washing?
Yes we are able to accommodate any way of roof cleaning based on what you as the customer would like. We are insure on both pressure washing and chemical use. Along with COSHH training we are in a position to safely scrape moss from the roof, biocide to stop moss growth and chemically restore colour to your tiles if you would be more comfortable with that option.
Will my gutters get cleared out after?
Yes gutters are cleared after a roof clean and all mess cleaned up.
Tarmac Restoration
What is tarmac restoration?
Tarmac restoration is a service involving cleaning and sealing tarmac with with a protective paint like sealer that creates a barrier to the tarmac so that it is protected by water ingress, oil spills and makes tarmac resistant to organic growth such as moss.
What is the process for tarmac restoration?
We start with a clean of the surface. This will remove any deposits, contaminants and dust so that the sealer can properly adhere to the tarmac. Once the surface is dry we then apply 2 coats of the tarmac sealer with 2-4 hours between (based on weather conditions). This gives us the strongest and best looking finish.
How long does a tarmac restoration take?
Tarmac restorations can vary based on the weather and temperature. On sunny warm days we can usually get a driveway done in a day and you can park on it by the next morning. On colder days we may need longer and tarmac restorations can extend into a second day but we keep good communication to let you know how long it will take and when you can park on your driveway again.
